How we work
We are a lean engineering-led team. Work happens in small, well-defined units; reviews are rigorous; and the bar is whether a senior engineer would approve the change without comment. We value people who can own a problem end to end — from the data feed to the model to the order that gets placed — and who care about the details that only matter at 2 a.m. with real money on the line.
What we value
- Correctness over speed — the cost of a wrong fill is paid in dollars, not story points.
- First-principles thinking — we prefer reasoning from the instruments over copying conventions.
- Low ego, high standards — strong opinions, held loosely, defended with evidence.
- Range — comfort moving between markets, models, and systems.
