Privacy notice
What data QuantPredict collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Draft — under legal review. Not the final binding terms.

1. Scope
This notice describes how QuantPredict handles personal data when you use the terminal, API, marketing site, and research newsletter. It applies to data we control as a service provider; it does not cover the privacy practices of third-party venues you connect.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — email, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
- Connection data — venue API keys you choose to connect, stored to route orders on your behalf.
- Usage data — telemetry such as pages viewed, queries run, and error logs used to operate and improve the Service.
- Communications — messages you send us and newsletter subscription status.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the Service, route orders you authorize, respond to support requests, send research you have subscribed to, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email delivery), with venues you explicitly connect, and where required by law. Service providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
5. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit and access controls on credentials. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your own login.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your choices
- Access, correct, or delete your account data.
- Unsubscribe from the research newsletter at any time.
- Disconnect venue API keys, which removes our ability to route on your behalf.
8. Contact
To exercise any of the above, use the contact page.
